Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP)

Program Description
As an increased importance is placed on IT professionals, they need to be prepared to be responsible for integrating voice technology into underlying network architectures. Through the CCVP programs the student will learn to create a telephony solution that is scalable, transparent, and easy to manage. As part of this the student will develop skills in designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network. The program concentrates on Quality of Service (QOS), Cisco Voice Over IP (CVOICE), IP Telephony Troubleshooting (IPTT), Cisco IP Telephony Part 1 (CIPT1), Cisco IP Telephony Part 2 (CIPT2), Implementing Cisco Voice Gateways and Gatekeepers (GWGK).
