Introduction to Project Management

This course provides a concise introduction to project management. The materials provide up-to-date information on how good project, program, and portfolio management can help you achieve organizational success. Students will participate in lab exercises to construct the typical deliverables used to manage a project. The goal of this course is thus to impart an overall understanding of project management through a focus upon basic concepts, definitions, tools, strategies, processes, and phases.
